Eight things we do that Standard doesn’t
Every item below is work done to the document, not decoration added to the page. Standard releases are clean, properly typeset and fully labeled — we do not make them worse to sell you an upgrade.
What Optimized buys is structure a machine can use.
The opening passage is rebuilt to stand alone
We rewrite the first forty words so they are accurate and complete with nothing else around them — who, what, where, when.
Why: a retrieval system frequently extracts only the opening passage. If yours opens with positioning, positioning is what gets quoted.
Unverifiable claims become checkable facts
“Leading regional provider” becomes a specific, sourced statement — or it comes out. Every adjective is either converted or removed.
Why: systems cannot cite what they cannot verify. Unverifiable claims are not just wasted words, they displace usable ones.
An “at a glance” summary block
A single self-contained paragraph summarizing the announcement, placed above the body and marked up as the document’s abstract.
Why: gives extraction a clean, deliberate target instead of letting it guess which paragraph matters.
A frequently-asked section, marked as FAQ
Three or more question-and-answer pairs drawn from your announcement, published as an
expandable section and declared as FAQPage data.
Why: people ask assistants questions. Question-and-answer pairs map directly onto that, and FAQ markup is separately eligible for rich treatment in search results.
Entity linking via sameAs
We declare, in structured data, that the organization in this release is the same organization as the one at your website, your Google Business Profile, your LinkedIn page and your other verified addresses.
Why: this is the highest-value item on the list. It is how a system decides that scattered mentions describe one business. It is not a hyperlink — it carries no link-scheme risk, and almost nobody in this category does it.
Explicit subject declaration
The about property names which organization, product or place the document
concerns, rather than leaving it to be inferred from the prose.
Why: inference fails on ambiguous names. Declaration doesn’t.
Speakable passage marking
We mark which passages are constructed to be read aloud — the headline, the standfirst and the glance summary.
Why: voice assistants need to know which sentences survive being spoken. Most documents contain none that do.
Listed in our machine-readable site summary
Your release is added to this site’s llms.txt with a written
description, alongside the issuing organization and date.
Why: it is the file AI crawlers look for to understand what a site contains. Being described there is different from merely being crawlable.
rel="sponsored nofollow" at every tier, including
Optimized and Network. That does not change and is not purchasable. Entity linking through
sameAs is a different mechanism entirely — it is a structured-data
assertion about identity, not a hyperlink, and it is the part that actually moves AI
visibility.
Placement, capped and relevance-matched
Network includes everything in Optimized, then places the announcement where the subject is genuinely relevant — editorial pickup on Action Global News, plus up to two network properties matched by sector and geography.
Each placement is labeled and canonically linked back to the original release, so there is never ambiguity about which version is authoritative.
