Terms of use
What this service does, what it costs, what we will not promise you, and who is responsible for what.
Last updated 26 September 2026
1. What this service is
Press Release For Business is a paid publishing wire. You pay us to publish your announcement at a permanent address on this website, structured with machine-readable data and distributed as described on the distribution page.
We are a publisher of your statements. We are not a news organization, we do not employ journalists, and we do not report on you. Everything published here is labeled as a paid announcement, and that label is permanent and not removable at any price.
2. Who operates this site
Press Release For Business is operated by Eye To Ad Media, Denver, Colorado. Eye To Ad Media also operates several businesses that publish announcements on this wire. Every such release carries an ownership disclosure identifying that relationship. We consider this necessary rather than optional.
3. Submission and editorial discretion
Submitting an announcement does not oblige us to publish it. We review everything against our editorial guidelines and may decline it, or ask you to change it, for any reason consistent with those guidelines. Where we decline after payment, you are refunded in full.
We may decline without giving a detailed reason where doing so would require us to make claims about your business we cannot substantiate.
4. Payment, revisions and refunds
- Nothing is charged at submission. Payment is taken after you have seen and approved the final document.
- One editorial pass is included at the Optimized and Network tiers. That pass is the service you are buying: we restructure your material and send it back with notes before anything publishes.
- Corrections of our errors are free, always. If we introduced a mistake, we fix it at no charge and there is no time limit on that.
- Changes you request after you have approved the document cost $25 each. This includes rewrites of material you supplied, and edits to a release that is already live.
- Refunds. Full refund if we decline your announcement after payment. Once a release is published at your approval, the work is delivered and the fee is not refundable. If you want it taken down, see section 8.
5. What we do not promise
We think this section matters more than the rest of this page.
- We do not guarantee that any search engine will index your release, at any speed or at all.
- We do not guarantee that any AI system will cite, quote, summarize or surface your release.
- We do not guarantee inclusion in Google News, Top stories, or any aggregator. We structure releases to be eligible. Eligibility is not inclusion, and the decision is not ours.
- We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, media pickup or any other business result.
- We do not guarantee that a third party who republishes your release will keep it available, accurate or attributed.
Anyone in this industry who promises you these things is describing something they cannot control. What we control is the document, its structure, its address and its submission to the systems described on the distribution page. That is what you are paying for.
6. Your content, and what you are promising us
You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to publish it here, to edit it for structure and clarity at the tier you purchased, to include it in our feeds and API, and to permit third parties to republish the headline, an excerpt and a link under section 9.
By submitting, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to issue this announcement on behalf of the named organization.
- The statements of fact in it are accurate and not misleading, and you can substantiate any claim you have asked us to publish.
- It does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
- Any person quoted has agreed to be quoted.
- It complies with the laws that apply to your business and your industry, including any advertising rules specific to your sector.
- Any profile addresses you supply for entity linking are addresses you control.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Press Release For Business, Eye To Ad Media and their operators against any claim, loss, damage or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising from content you submitted or from a breach of the confirmations above.
7. Regulated claims
We do not publish health, medical, financial, investment, legal or earnings claims that a reader could act on to their detriment, regardless of tier, and regardless of whether you believe them to be true. This includes testimonials presenting an outcome as typical, and any claim that would require substantiation we have not seen.
Where your sector is regulated, compliance with its rules is your responsibility. We may decline material on this basis without further explanation.
8. Corrections, updates and removal
- Factual corrections are made promptly and noted on the document. Corrections of our errors are free.
- Time-limited offers published in a release are your responsibility to keep current. Tell us and we will update or annotate the release; changes you request are charged at $25 under section 4.
- Removal. You may ask us to unpublish a release at any time and we will do so. Fees already paid are not refunded. Because the release will have been distributed, we cannot compel third parties, search engines, AI systems or archives to forget it, and we do not claim to be able to.
- We may unpublish anything that turns out to breach these terms or our guidelines, or that we are legally required to remove.
9. Republishing what we publish
Anyone may republish the headline, an excerpt of up to roughly forty words, and a link to the canonical address, with attribution to the issuing organization. Republishing full text requires permission from the issuing organization, not from us. Our feeds and API deliberately carry excerpts only.
10. Outbound links
Links in a release to the issuing organization carry rel="sponsored nofollow"
attributes. This is required by search engine guidelines for paid placements and it is not
negotiable at any tier. A release that quietly passed ranking signal would put both of us at
risk. See how we handle entity linking for the approach we use
instead.
11. Liability
This service is provided as described and without warranties beyond those stated here. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from this service is limited to the amount you paid us for the release in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
If you are outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction, including any advertising disclosure rules that are stricter than those we apply. Where your jurisdiction grants you rights that cannot be waived by contract, nothing here waives them.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force for your release is the version published on the date you approved it. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
