Action Global News Relaunches as an Original-Reporting News Site With a Named Editor and Published Standards

The Denver-published site removed outside headline feeds, tickers and video embeds, added 13 original stories dated Oct. 22 and named its publisher as editor of record.

DENVER, Colo. — Oct. 22, 2026 — Action Global News, an independent news site covering AI, business, small business, global ecommerce and markets, today relaunched as an original-reporting publication. Every page at actionglobalnews.com now carries only the site’s own stories. The third-party headline feeds, news and market tickers, market widgets, and embedded video and live-TV streams that previously filled much of the site have been removed, along with its house advertisement slots.

The relaunch adds 13 new stories dated Oct. 22: twelve news briefs, each citing and linking its sources, and a long-form explainer on the critical PHP vulnerabilities known as “PHP2Shell,” with a table of fixed versions and a checklist for website owners. The explainer leads the home page. Brief topics include the Federal Aviation Administration’s certification of the Boeing 737 MAX 10 and the Colorado Public Utilities Commission’s hearing on Xcel Energy’s data center tariff.

A named editor and a public standard

Stories under the newsroom’s staff byline now link to a page explaining how that byline works, and each names Zach Wennstedt as editor. The staff page states that the newsroom uses AI tools for research assistance and drafting, and that every story is edited and approved by the publisher and editor. Wennstedt’s author page identifies him as publisher and editor, and the site’s ownership and disclosure pages list his other business interests, including Eye To Ad Media.

The site’s editorial standards require claims to be attributed and linked to their source and rule out invented quotes, invented events and composite sources. A person reviews every article before it goes live, substantive corrections are appended to the affected article with the date, and advertisers do not review, approve or receive advance notice of editorial content.
